I was born in Houston, Texas and raised in a small, conservative Texas town outside of Austin. I have always had a great love and appreciation for politics and helping people around me. Even as a small child I enjoyed activities like cleaning up the neighborhood, helping out at town events, and making sure the community was a better place to live. Today, I dedicate most of my time Volunteering and running a blog. I love to help out with local and statewide political campaigns, going door-to-door and spreading the word about particular candidates I support.
Today’s event in a nutshell

I had a lot of run mingling with all the liberals of Austin. They were very polite. They also encouraged us to protest the Presidents visit. I was very shocked that nothing negative came out of the protest. I was interviewed twice and had many conversations with the people around me. It was a lot of fun, and I would love to do It again.

It was cool to see air force one fly over. Something not many people could say they have done.
